Itinerary
Day 1 :
International Airport of Rafic Hariri - Beirut
Meet & Asssit at the airport by our repreentative
Transfer to the hotel for the night in Beirut
Day 2 :
Serjbel / Baadaran / Beitedine / Deir el Amar
Breakfast at the hotel, meet with your guide
The starting point of the hike is usually the village of Serjbel, located in the Chouf Mountains, about 40 kilometers southeast of Beirut. Serjbel is a picturesque village surrounded by pine forests and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valley.
From Serjbel, you can begin your hike by following mountain trails to Baadaran. Baadaran is another charming village located at a higher altitude. Along the way, you will traverse spectacular landscapes, green valleys, and meandering streams.
Once you reach Baadaran, you can take a break and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the village. Baadaran is known for its traditional stone houses, narrow alleys, and authentic ambiance.
The next stage of the hike will lead you to Beiteddine, located approximately 7 kilometers from Baadaran. Beiteddine is famous for its magnificent 19th-century palace, the Beiteddine Palace, which served as the residence of the Emirs of Lebanon throughout history. You can visit the palace and admire its Ottoman architecture and beautiful gardens.
Return to Deir el Amar for diner and overnight.
Day 3 :
Deir Al Amar / Mokhtara / La Reserve de Barouk / Bekaa

This hike allows you to explore both cultural and natural attractions.
The starting point of the hike is typically the village of Mokhtara, which is located in the Chouf Mountains, about 45 kilometers southeast of Beirut. Mokhtara is known for its beautiful palace. This historic palace was built in the 19th century and served as the residence of the ruling Chehab family. It features impressive architecture and is surrounded by lush gardens.
From Mokhtara, you can begin your hike towards the Barouk Reserve. The Barouk Reserve is part of the Al-Shouf Cedar Nature Reserve, which is the largest nature reserve in Lebanon. It is home to the famous cedar trees, which are emblematic of the country. The reserve offers stunning landscapes with dense forests, hiking trails, and a rich variety of flora and fauna.
Drive through the Bekaa valley for diner and overnight at Baalbek.
Day 4 :
Baalback / Qanoubine Valley/ Bcharee

The starting point of the hike is usually the city of Baalbek, located in the Bekaa Valley, approximately 85 kilometers east of Beirut. Baalbek is famous for its impressive Roman ruins, including the temples of Bacchus and Jupiter, which are part of the Baalbek archaeological site.
From Baalbek, you will traverse spectacular mountain landscapes, deep gorges, and lush green valleys. The Qannoubine Valley also offers abundant vegetation, with majestic cedar forests and diverse wildlife.
Once you arrive in the Qannoubine Valley, you can explore the historic hermitages, which bear witness to the region's long-standing spiritual and monastic tradition.
At sunset, from the Bcharré pier, is a privileged moment to appreciate the warm, golden colors that engulf the valley, creating an enchanting atmosphere. The surrounding mountains take on a reddish hue, while the sun's rays illuminate the lush vegetation and rocky formations of the valley. It is a breathtaking sight that captures the magic of nature.
Return to Bchare for diner and overnight
Day 5 :
Bcharee / Kaftoun / Kfarhalda / Baatara /Beyrouth

The starting point of the hike is usually the village of Kaftoun, located in the northern part of Lebanon, you will begin your journey by following the trail towards Kfarhalda. Throughout the hike, you will be surrounded by stunning landscapes, including lush green valleys, rolling hills, and beautiful natural scenery. The trail offers a chance to immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance of the Lebanese countryside.
Continuing you will make your way to the Baatara Gorge, which is a natural wonder in Lebanon. The highlight of the gorge is the Baatara Pothole, also known as the "Sinkhole" or "Three Bridges." This geological formation features a series of limestone cliffs with three natural bridges created by water erosion. The sight is truly mesmerizing and makes for a memorable stop along the hike.
Return to Beirut for diner and overnight
Day 6 :
Day of departure

Transfer to the International Airport of Rafic Hariri - Beirut
